May 11, 2007, Newsletter Issue #63: Strap It In

Tip of the Week

The good thing about Nikon is their accessories are also as tough as their binoculars. Even something like straps. Regardless of what type of binoculars you buy, straps are always a good thing to have. Especially for the bigger size binoculars. They prevent you from having to hold 'em while you are not using 'em. Plus, they help avoid dropping accidents. Though, Nikon takes their Binocular straps a bit further. They design some of their straps with a Neoprene fiber. So they will float. Which can be a real life or actually, a binocular saver if you are outdoors in the wilderness.
